This privately owned modern apartment is 1 of 15 in a very Spanish style building. Access is by 1 flight of stairs direct from private car park at rear of building. The property is situated about 200 meters from the beach and has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea from its front balcony. Its back balcony overlooks the rear garden and private car park. The apartment contains all mod cons you would expect in a luxury self-catering apartment: fully fitted Pine Kitchen, Solid Pine dining table with six Pine chairs, comfortable lounge area fully stocked with reading material for all interests, FREE WI-FI (Fiber-optic), SAT DISH. SMART TV , DVD Player, Hi-Fi System with selection of CD’s, One Master Bedroom containing double bed and single bed, complete with built in wardrobes. Second Bedroom with Pine Bunk Beds, (beds are adult size) plus pull out roller bed for an extra sleeper. Bathroom has a full-size bath and shower unit. Hot water is by electric immersion heater. Hair dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. From, 1 October, until 30 April, when the rental charge is the basic minimum, electricity is charged extra according to the current cost and usage. There is a meter monitor in the apartment, which the guest can observe their actual usage of electricity. This charge is payable to the owner on departure.

L'AMPOLLA: One of the last remaining unspoilt fishing villages along the East Coast of Spain. Plenty of fresh fish in the local restaurants and good natural food is in abundance. The village of L'Ampolla is located about one kilometre from the Urbanization of Cap Roig, where the apartment is located. During the summer months, there are various local 'fiestas' where the visiting tourist is invited to join in with the fun! No bull fights, but plenty of bull running!
TARRAGONA: Wonderfully Spanish! Not yet affected by mass tourism, except, perhaps for Port Aventura and Salou. Then again, the kids will want to visit Universal Studios Spanish answer to Disney World! Some may even fancy a trip to Barcelona FC at Camp Nau. Beautiful scenery along the River Ebro Basin with plenty of little villages along the way just waiting to be explored. The Catalans are very welcoming and proud of their own traditions - just watch them working with pottery! The Ebro Delta is famous for its rice growing and protected natural wild life centre. BOOKINGS IN JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER ARE ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BASIS ONLY NEW TOURIST TAX IN CATALONIA. The Catalan Government has introduced a new tourist tax which begins on May 1, 2025. Each adult guest will have to pay a tourist tax of €2 euros per night, per person for their stay in Catalonia. The apartment owner has to collect this tax on arrival and pay it to the government.

Very nice area, being less than 5 minutes walk to a lovely little sandy cove.
Paul was very welcoming and helpful.
The apartment had everything we needed for a week's stay, and as there were only two of us we found it very spacious. The balcony with a view towards the sea was an excellent place to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Private parking behind the property was a bonus, although there was plenty of additional parking available in the street.
Lovely landlord, my wife and the children first didn't want to go home. The appartement looked and feeled like a home. And i can advice every body this location. Sweet and lovely person. With also in the middle to visite two big citys in spain Barcelona and valencia.

Apartment in L'ampolla
On our 4th vacation it is and has always been a delight and pleasant experience, the accomadation is very spacious, clean, with all mod cons that expect from your own home, ie , widescreen tv, sky, dvd player, video player, cd player, iron, hairdryer, microwave, i would here all day if i listed everything , it's home from home. The location is very quiet and peaceful with the beach being in view from the balcony , the beach being very secluded with a beach restaurant and pedlos for hire. There is lots of info in the apartment on all the surrounding areas, history , attractions ect, the Peniscula is a must !!!, Salou is only approx 35/40km, my children age 10 and 11 always look forward and enjoy returning to L'ampolla.

El apartamento es espacioso, con luz natural y cĂłmodo. Además, está situado a cinco minutos a pie de la Platja de Cap Roig. ¡Muy recomendable! ¡Gracias Paul!
Sehr schöne typisch spanische Wohnung mit tollem Balkon! Man kann wunderbar, auch wenn es mal regnet, draußen sitzen und die Aussicht bei einem Glas Rotwein und einem guten Buch genießen. Wir waren Anfang bis Mitte September dort, alles sehr ruhig und der fußläufige Strand daher auch nicht überlaufen. Das Meerwasser war schön warm und da es sich dort um eine Bucht handelt, gab es nicht die großen Wellen, also auch für Schwimmer und kleinere Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Die Pizzeria um die Ecke hat nur von 19 - 24 Uhr geöffnet, so dass anschließend auch von dort ab spätestens 24 Uhr kein Laut mehr bis zur Wohnung kommt (sonst halt nur die übliche "spanische" Kommunikation untereinander aber keine laute Musik oder dergleichen). Das Ebrodelta ist sehr grün und dort gibt es dann auch weitläufige Strände mit höheren Wellen und langen Strandspaziergängen. Mietwagen zum Einkauf in L'Ampolla oder der näheren Umgebung macht Sinn, da die Strecke zu Fuß bei Hitze doch etwas beschwerlich sein kann. Also alles sehr zu empfehlen!

El apartamento está fenomenal y la cala cap Roig es increĂble, sobre todo si vas con niños. Aguas cristalinas, entrada con poco desnivel. Todo fue fantástico. Y Paul es un encanto. Seguro que volveremos
Ruhe pur, das lauteste war der Kuckuck und die Tauben, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.Um Einzukaufen benötigt man aber ein Auto, auch um die wunderschöne Umgebung kennen zu lernen.
