Beautiful, bright, and cosy apartment with a south-facing balcony. 4th and top floor. Quiet. No lift.
Unobstructed, spectacular views of the mountains from the living room and balcony.
View of the slopes from the rooms.
Close to the cinema, the pool, and the ice rink.
600m from the slopes and the ski school.
Free ski shuttle service less than 200 metres from the building.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc.
Raclette, Savoyard, and Burgundy fondue machines, as well as a pierrade, are at your disposal,
90cm flat-screen TV with VCR and stereo in the living room. Another flat-screen TV in the children’s room.

You can easily store your skis, ski boots, or bicycles on the ground floor: direct and easy access to a private, enclosed, and heated storage room.

Jean-Louis est un hôte particulièrement chaleureux et la communication est très fluide avec lui. Nous étions un couple avec trois enfants et le logement était très adapté. Une vue plongeante et panoramique pour ne rien gâcher.

Bâtiment face aux montagnes (sans vis à vis). Vue magnifique et hôte très sympathique. Soleil sur le balcon jusqu'à 15-16h en juin, ce qui permet de profiter à la fois du soleil et de l'ombre.

Il y aurait trop de choses à dire, mais d’abord la gentillesse de notre hôte.L’emplacement est idéal : à 2 minutes à pied de la navette, 5 minutes à pied du centre sportif (piscine, bowling, patinoire) et 10 minutes à pied des pistes.L’appartement est grand avec une vue incroyable. Il y a aussi plein d’endroits pour jouer pour les enfants juste en face de la résidence.L’appartement est très bien chauffé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement très bien équipé, confortable, vaste et propre. Situé dans la station il faut juste marcher 10 mn sur des sentiers sinueux mais c'est la montagne !Le côté vintage ne gâche rien.L'hôte est très accueillant et avenant.Ce logement est au calme et avec une vue magnifique !

Ski à Orcieres

L'appartement est ideal pour un sejour au ski ou pour randonner. L'appartement est un peu viellot mais spacieux, confortable et avec une vue dégagée et splendide sur la montagne. Très recommandable.

Super jour de l’an

Nous avons passé une super semaine pour le passage à l’an 2025. Le logement possède tout le nécessaire avec une magnifique vue. Le trajet à pied pour arriver aux pieds des pistes nous a fait perdre les quelques calories qu’on avait engrangé. Mais avec un peu d’organisation et quelques raccourcis ce n’est pas dérangeant!

Très bien, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de chauffage avant, car malheureusement la saison n'était pas à son meilleur, et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, surtout au 4e étage. Appartement conforme à la description, un exceptionnelle vue, très calme l'été, à 2 pas du centre. L'appartement est un peu vieillissant mais propre et agréable à vivre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Très bon accueil et gentillesse du propriétaire qui répond rapidement aux questions.

Très calme, belle vue

Procedure d arrivee tres efficaces et contacts avec le propriétaire très facile. Appartement de taille idéal pour 5 personnes et très bien chauffé. La cave est pratique. Résidence calme. Si ns revenons, nous louerons aussi une consigne au pieds des pistes pour éviter aux enfants de transporter leur matériel (ils l ont fait en navette et a pied depuis l appartement)

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est fonctionnel et bien équipé. La vue sur la montagne est à couper le souffle, c'est magnifique. Jean-Louis est un hôte charmant, prévenant et très arrangeant. La communication est très facile, nous pouvons l'appeler si nécessaire. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous repartirons surement dans ce logement. Merci encore.
