There is also a cosy and bright living room with an antique fireplace and a comfortable reading room. The house can accommodate up to twelve people. There are five double rooms with 160 x 200 cm beds and two sofa beds in the living area. They are all tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning/heating. Four bathrooms with showers and a bathroom suitable for disabled persons complete the comfortable holiday home. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, the kitchen and the living room. Free Internet access is available.

At the back of the house, surrounded by a well-kept garden with typical Mediterranean plants, you will find a lovely swimming pool decorated with mosaics and a lava stone paved area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The view is simply marvellous and stretches from Mount Etna to the beautiful town of Centuripe, on the slopes of a mountain, to the green valleys and hills of the surrounding area.

There are also two large terraces where the noble residents once received their guests. Here you can enjoy your meals al fresco or simply admire the breathtaking scenery spread out before you while sipping a glass of delicious wine. There is also a barbecue area.

Covered parking is also available. The building is located on a farm that has been producing organic products for years. Please note that the property is not fenced off and is located in the middle of the countryside, so it is advisable to bring your own if you are travelling with dogs.

In Centuripe, about 5 km away, you will find supermarkets, banks and shops. The nearest hospital is in Paterno, 18 km away. The nearest airport is Catania, about 40 km away, which can be reached by car via the SS 121 highway.
