If you don't experience it, you can't even dream of it: the lake view from this modern two-room apartment in a small villa is simply unimaginable! The large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella is suspended between water and sky, and while you enjoy a meal or an aperitif, in front of you you have only the rugged beauty of the Brescian Pre-Alps and Montisola, a renowned tourist resort and the largest lake island in southern and central Europe. The swimming pool in the communal areas overlooks the lake, the large solarium that surrounds it gives you a view that wants to reach infinity; it can be reached by lift from the garage area.
Situated on a mezzanine floor and covering 45 square metres with exposed beams, the flat is distinguished by its modern and vibrant furnishings which, combining the grey of the walls with the red and white of the textiles, create a chic, enveloping atmosphere, enriched by the large mirrors above the sofa bed and in the master bedroom, complemented by the very fine string-course lighting. The living room with a large full-wall window facing the lake has a kitchen with induction hob, SMEG freezer and refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and large hanging flat-screen TV. The double bedroom also has a beautiful full-wall window facing the lake, and the bathroom offers a shower cubicle and wall-hung bathroom fittings. There is a large private garage and unlimited Wi-Fi.

About a couple of kilometres away is the hamlet of Acquaiolo with numerous rustic-style houses and the centre of Parzanica, a pretty historic village with the Romanesque Church of the Holy Trinity. Descending is Tavernola Bergamasca, an enchanting lakeside town with a characteristic medieval centre and all amenities.

A little more than an hour from Milan, Bergamo and their respective international airports, the village of Tavernola Bergamasca is popular for its precious lakeside promenade characterised by narrow streets and medieval settings, above all the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the village. Opposite is Montisola, to the south the road skirts the lake shore for several kilometres, making the area an oasis surrounded by water, to the north towards Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is highly recommended to drive along the road that runs along the Bogn gorge, with its natural arches. A short distance away are the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock carvings, the Franciacorta wine cellars, Boario for thermal baths and the slopes of Colere and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing.
