This modern holiday rental offers 65 m² of living space, featuring an open-concept bedroom and a spacious kitchen-living area—perfect for relaxing days in a stylish setting. A covered terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors, and you’ll also have a private garden area for your exclusive use (please note: this will not be fully completed at the start of your stay). The apartment is located in a high-quality new residential building with an underground car park; one parking space is included. An lift provides barrier-free access directly to the ground floor. Your pets are also welcome here. The apartment features modern underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine (coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso, etc.), a kettle, and a toaster. Soft drinks are also available. A washer-dryer is provided in the bathroom for your laundry. A safe and a first-aid kit are also provided in the apartment. An electric vehicle charging station is located in the underground garage (for a fee) with an outlet for charging e-bikes. Wi-Fi is free. Alexa will be happy to play your favourite radio station for you. A 20% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. One pet is allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Additional electricity charges apply for use of the car charging station.
