Our sunrise ocean front condo--311 B is located on the third floor of a five story building and is the second oceanview condo facing the ocean with a northern exposure. The condo is located in the Ocean Front Spa at the Myrtle Beach Resort. NEWLY REMODELED WITH AN OCEAN THEME--wicker in bedrooms and rattan in living and dining rooms plus blue leather recliner and comfortable ocean themed couch!! STEPS TO THE BEACH AND THE LARGEST OCEANFRONT POOL AT THE RESORT. The Oceanfront Spa houses an indoor heated pool, exercise room w/saunas and Jacuzzi.

The view is great as it looks over the oceanfront swimming pool as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. The balcony is shaded from the afternoon sun which is refreshing after a day at the beach.

The condo can sleep 6. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms--one with the master bedroom and one to be entered from the hall. Great views of the ocean from the living room and dinning room. The dining room and living room have sliding glass doors that open to a spacious balcony overlooking the oceanfront pool and ocean.

The condo has a BRAND NEW SAMSUNG 46 LCD SMART FLAT SCREEN HD TV WITH FULL CABLE/HBO AND HD CHANNELS AND A SAMSUNG DVD in the living room. There are also flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Linens and towels are included. Washer/Dryers are not in the unit but are located on the same floor as the condo.

Nice place

Very conveniently located to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo itself as very clean and had a great view of the the ocean and beach. The only possible negative would be that it tends to be more rowdy location than other beaches we've been to. Overall, the condo itself was great. Proprerty owners were very easy to contact and communicate with any questions I had.

We had a wonderful trip. The Myrtle Beach Resort was fine. Condominium was good just needs a few updates in my opinion but other wise nice, clean unit with nice views from balconies.

A wonderful Stay

The condo was one of the cleanest we've ever been in. Very well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels, plates, bowls, glasses - you name it, it was there. Well stocked. The view is great and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. We've stayed at MBR for years, and this was one of the best condos we've stayed in yet.

Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend staying at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, very well stocked with anything that you would need, the view was breathtaking and our stay was incredibly relaxing. Booking was very easy, all information was quick and readily available. The owner/manger was always available for questions that may arise at a moments notice. The owner is very sweet! We definitely will be booking another stay! If I could rate it higher than a 5, I definitely would! We loved it!

Have been staying at MBR for over 30 years. First time staying in Sandy’s condo. It was nice and great location. Beautiful view of pool and ocean from patio! Condo has everything you would need! Owner Sandy could not have been nicer to work with from beginning to end! Extremely hospitable! Had a few very minor issues, but were resolved immediately! Sandy was so responsive and it is evident that she cares about guest satisfaction! Would definitely recommend staying at 311B on your visit to Myrtle Beach Resort! Thanks again, Sandy!

Spotless condo

Arrived to a spotless condo with a fantastic view...exactly as pictured! Everything we needed as far as linens, cookware, etc was there. Cool AC, spacious condo that is just beautiful! Very comfy beds!!! Resort is great with multiple pools and easy ocean access. 2 negatives related to the resort, NOT to the condo: 1. Parking is horrible! I don't understand why there can't be at least one assigned spot for each unit near the condo location. If you go out for dinner be prepared to walk a good way back to your unit. 2. Move in/out day is not fun as it is impossible to find a parking spot remotely near your unit, and carts for luggage are non-existent. We have stayed here several times and this was the nicest, most immaculate unit with the best AC and beds we have experienced.

Fantastic View and Location!

The condo, building and resort are quite outdated, but that did not impact our stay whatsoever. The elevator nearest to the condo did go out one day, but they had it back up and running the next morning. The view is great, even though the sunrise is hidden behind building A. The proximity to the beach and the pool were exactly what we were looking for. I was a little disappointed that the queen bed was not very comfortable considering the many reviews referencing the comfortable beds. Perhaps they were talking about the two twin beds. We bought a memory foam mattress topper from Walmart which helped quite a bit. The bedroom windows are both adjacent to the hallway so we were awakened a few nights by some rowdy guests heading back to their rooms. With all that being said, we would stay here again. Hopefully there's a new queen mattress by then if we do! :)

Great location for beach and pool!

Well set up for 2 adults and their kids. Needed another seating arrangement for 4 adults but we still enjoyed ourselves and made use of the kitchen. We discovered the ice maker a little late but it is always good to have ice when it's hot out. You could see the pool and ocean from the room. They were just a short walk away!

Great location

My wife and I stayed here along with our niece and her husband. We had a great time and one of the main reasons was because the condo is located towards the front (close to the beach) of the complex which is close to the beach and the main pool. It is also close to the patio bar/restaurant. The condo was clean and everything worked great. This place is great

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort several times quite a few years ago and enjoyed it each time. But staying at this condo made the experience even better than we could have imagined. Exceeded Expectations!

Beautiful landscaping as soon as you enter the property. Extremely well-maintained grounds. The condo was exactly as advertised and more! Clean and neat with gorgeous ocean view! The beds were wonderfully comfortable and everything was just as you see on the web site. Condo is beautifully decorated and easy on the eyes. Everything essential to kitchen and bath needs were provided. The amenities are tremendous, with many different options available, from workout room to several pools, spas, tennis courts and a lazy river. Couldn't have asked for more! Sandy Welch, the owner, couldn't have been nicer and has provided a first class condo with easy access to pools and beach. We will absolutely stay there again next time we go to Myrtle Beach, and we HIGHLY recommend this condo! It was a 5-star experience for us!

This is the 7 th year of our vacation in Myrtle Beach Resort . We stayed in different apartments all these years but the place this time was the best of all of them.The location of the unit was great and the view was excellent from the window and the balcony . We were able to see the beach and enjoyed watching the sun go down. That was an amazing view. The apartment itself was in a very good condition and very clean and taken care of . Short Walk To The Pool And To The Beach!

My family stayed here in June. We were in need of some relaxation and that is what we got. This unit has a great view of the pool and the beach from the balcony. It is a short walk to the pool and to the beach. The unit was well kept and clean. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. She sent me all the information needed in a timely manner and was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The resort is a great resort and has lots of things to do. I highly recommend this unit and will stay there again.

Our family has vacationed in this unit for two years now. We love the unit, resort, and the location. The unit is kept nice and clean and has everything you need for a relaxing get away. The view from the balcony of the beach and pool is great. There is a lot to do at the resort to keep children and family entertained. The owner is friendly and easy to work with.

Great Place, with very nice views

I stayed at this condo for a week in July. This was an extremely well kept place. That isn't always the case with rental units. The view was exactly like the picture shows and one of the reasons I wanted this unit. Close to the beach and a great view from the balcony. I was able to relax and enjoy the ocean from the balcony in the mornings. I highly recommend this unit and will stay there again.

Why they chose this property

The location of this condo is to die for. You can see the ocean from balcony, living, dining and kitchen. I take great pride in my condo. Have been renting it myself for 30 years with generations of family coming back. Some were children, now they bring their children. I love doing this. It is great to make people happy. What better way than providing a great condo, at a great resort, in a wonderful place like Myrtle Beach, S. C.

What makes this property unique

I bought the condo when there was nothing but myrtle on the beach. My husband and I went down to the beach through brush and was told where everything would be located. I like to think that I influenced the location of the largest pool in the area on the beach. They wanted to place it behind building A. I said--no way. It needs to be upfront by the beach. That is where it is today. Myrtle Beach Resort has so many amenities for the entire family. Children can be safe in the complex. Plus the beach is so wide and wonderful.
