Located in the picturesque town of Asserbo, North Zealand, this spacious holiday home offers a perfect getaway for up to 30 people. Just an hour away from Copenhagen, it\'s close to various attractions and shops. The house, built by Skanlux, features a mini water park with a 23 m2 pool, whirlpool, sauna, and water slide.The house is equipped with an activity room, housing a PlayStation 4, billiards, table tennis, darts, table football, and a bar. The central common room is perfect for relaxing, while the kitchen is well-equipped for large group meals. The house also caters to companies, with a projector and screen for meetings.Sleeping arrangements include four quarters with three bedrooms and a bathroom each, and two lofts suitable for children. The house has five bathrooms in total. Outside, a large, partially covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and soaking up the Danish sun. Please note, noise restrictions apply after 22:00 in this summer home area.
