The "Strandglück" holiday rental is a modern and cosy accommodation on the 2nd floor of the popular "Tannenburg" holiday complex, located right on the beachfront in Grömitz. Here, you can enjoy the perfect blend of tranquility and close proximity to the lively boardwalk.

With 58 tastefully furnished square metres, the apartment offers plenty of space for a family holiday or a lovely getaway for two. The light-filled rooms reflect the maritime atmosphere and invite you to relax and unwind. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.

The bright living area, featuring a dining table for four, a cosy sofa, and a wall unit with a flat-screen TV, opens directly onto the sunny and wind-protected southwest-facingbalcony with a side view of the sea—an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh sea air.

Renovated in 2024, the apartment features a modern and fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed, blackout curtains, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious, modern closet. The separate children’s room is furnished with a bed (convertible from a single to a double bed), a drawing table, and a closet. A travel cot and high chair are also available in the apartment.

The apartment includes a free, private outdoor parking space. Bicycles you bring along can also be securely stored in the covered bike rack.
The building features a communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated). For sports activities, a fitness room is available, and for relaxation, there is a communal sauna (also coin-operated) with a relaxation room.

The sandy beach is separated from the “Tannenburg” holiday complex only by a green space approximately 120 metres wide. Stretching along the beach is the over 3 km long promenade, which invites you to stroll among its many restaurants, cafés, and boutiques.

Die Wohnung ist super. Nah am Strand und super sauber. Auch die Ausstattung ist perfekt für eine Ferienwohnung. Nachdem ich jetzt weiß, welche Nummer die Wohnung hat und auf welchem Stockwerk sie liegt, kommen wir sicher noch mal her. Die Nummer der Wohnung, haben wir uns über das Bild des zugehörigen Parkplatzes hier auf FeWo-direkt erschlossen. Heißt, Parkplatz aufgrund des Bildes finden, Nummer am Parkplatz sichten und dann die Wohnung finden. (Kleiner Tipp: 2. Stock ist schon mal gut…)Auch wurde nicht kommuniziert, dass die Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen über die Wicheldorfstraße. erfolgen muss, sonst landet man in einem Park…Aber wie gesagt, wenn man dann in der Wohnung steht, ist alles top!
