The lovingly furnished holiday apartment spans two levels (ground floor and ground floor) and, with its underfloor heating, offers a pleasant combination of comfort and cosiness. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sitting area with a sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. A fan is available for particularly hot days. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for self-catering: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an induction stove, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle. Enjoy meals together at the dining table in a cosy atmosphere.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor—one features a comfortable box-spring double bed (2x 90x200 cm), while the other is equipped with a pull-out bunk bed (2x 80x200 cm). The bathroom is modern and features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and a heated towel rack—perfect for winding down at the end of the day.

An outdoor parking space is expected to be available starting in April 2026. Wi-Fi is included.
