'Home Away from Home' Cozy Historic Holiday House

The 120 m² historic holiday house in Sexau, Baden-Württemberg, accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine with 15 capsules. You have access to Wi-Fi (video-capable), heating in all rooms, a private washing machine, and 4 TVs. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. There is also a mobile air conditioner.

Ein super Urlaubshaus mit perfekter Anbindung!

Pros: Das Ferienhaus in Freiburg-Sexau, Dorfstraße 42, hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen! Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zu den vier gemütlichen Schlafzimmern mit jeweils zwei Betten. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist ein perfekter Mix aus modernem Komfort und ländlichem Charme. Besonders praktisch: In nur ca. 30 Minuten ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln am Freiburger Hauptbahnhof, und das mit stündlichen Verbindungen bis in die Nacht. So waren wir flexibel, ohne auf ein Auto angewiesen zu sein. Beim Auszug wurden Schuhe vergessen, die sofort vom sehr freundlichen Gastgeber zurück gesendet wurden. Fazit: Wer ein Ferienhaus sucht, das Gemütlichkeit, Komfort und eine hervorragende Anbindung vereint, ist hier genau richtig. Cons: Kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt nur eine Toilette. Das kann bei voller Belegung schon mal eng werden. Bei unserer Belegung mit 4 Frauen war es kein Problem.

Het was een huis met veel ruimte voor 4 personen.

Pros: Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien ! En lag op een zeer prachtige locatie voor wandeling en ook rust. Een 20 min rijden en je zat in de stad Freiburg. Ik heb het met mijn gezin heerlijk gehad. Cons: Alles was prima.

Unterkunft toll

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Würden es wieder mieten. Cons: Es war zu dieser Jahreszeit in der Wohnung sehr kalt , hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir es warm hatten, wäre besser gewesen morgens schonmal die Heizung anzumachen.
