Our holiday apartments are idyllically situated in a completely peaceful setting amid meadows, pastures, forests, and streams, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. At the same time, the village centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful town of Inzell with all its amenities. Numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, and a wide range of recreational activities are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
We include the Chiemgau Card with your stay, allowing you to enjoy many of the attractions in Inzell and the surrounding area for free.
All holiday apartments are furnished in the Upper Bavarian style with great attention to detail and are the perfect place to relax during your holiday, no matter the season. A special highlight of our apartments are the balconies with beautiful views of the picturesque Chiemgau landscape. The entire building offers free Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services, and a free parking space is available for each apartment.
Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, and the Kesselalm ski lift are all located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop for public transport is only about 200 metres away.

Our Teisenbergblick holiday apartment, which sleeps 2–4 people and offers 60 square metres of living space, features 2 bedrooms, a cosy living area with a traditional Bavarian dining nook, a separate, fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with natural light.
A special highlight of the apartment is the huge balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the town of Inzell.
The spacious master bedroom, featuring a large double bed, reading lamps, and a roomy farmhouse wardrobe, offers direct access to the balcony. You have the option to book an extra bed (for an additional 10.00 EUR).
The second bedroom features two single beds with reading lamps and a beautiful rustic wardrobe, and also has direct access to the balcony.
The living room, with its dining area, is perfect for spending time together. You can get cosy on the couch with a book or while watching TV.
In the fully equipped kitchenette, you can prepare meals for family and friends to your heart’s content.
The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a sink, toilet, shower stall, and towel rack—towels and a hair dryer are provided!
The Baderhäusl is located just outside of Inzell, in a very quiet and idyllic setting. It’s surrounded by pastures, meadows, and forests, with an unforgettable view of the surrounding mountains. At night, you can hear a small stream gently babbling through the meadows. Although it’s in such a quiet location, the town centre—with all its amenities—is just a 10-minute walk away. The town of Inzell offers a wide variety of shopping and recreational activities. Right near the house is a bus stop, a cross-country ski trail, and numerous hiking trails; the Kesselalm with its ski lift is also just a stone’s throw away. The many restaurants, inns, cafes, and ice cream parlours, as well as the world-famous Max Aicher Ice Stadium, natural swimming park, indoor pool with sauna, and more, are all easily accessible on foot or by bike. Cultural attractions such as open-air theatre, music events, and numerous traditional festivals also make Inzell a special experience in every season.
