The modern ver.Meer holiday rental is located in a quiet, rural setting in the village of Zingst and features high-quality furnishings and a wide range of amenities for a comfortable stay.

Built in 2021, the apartment offers 60 m² of living space and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of up to three people. The ground-floor (parterre) accommodation features barrier-free access and a light-filled atmosphere thanks to large windows with privacy screens and fly screens.

The open-concept living area features a cosy ambiance with a sofa nook, armchairs, and a dining table. The high-quality hardwood floors in both the living room and the bedrooms create a comfortable living environment. On cooler days, the combination of underfloor heating and a fireplace provides cosy warmth. A flat-screen TV (25–34 inches, digital satellite connection) is available, as are a radio, CD player, and board games—for relaxing evenings at home.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: Here you’ll find an induction cooktop with an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso espresso machine, a kettle, a food processor, a blender, a toaster, an egg cooker, and all the necessary dishes and kitchen utensils. The open layout connecting to the living room creates a cosy atmosphere where cooking and socialising go hand in hand.

There are two bedrooms, each featuring hardwood floors and blackout curtains. A cot is provided, ensuring that the needs of our youngest guests have been taken into account. The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a mirror (including a makeup mirror), and a hair dryer. A full-length mirror is also available.

Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer (both for guest use), an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, a safe, a vacuum cleaner, as well as a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher for added safety.
