This 3-room holiday apartment on the ground floor with a balcony is located in the Juliusruh Beach Residence—Building I, just 150 m from the fine-sand, 12-km-long Schaabe beach.
With approximately 70 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child or teenager, making it ideal for families or couples.

The centrepiece of the apartment is the spacious combined living, dining, and kitchen area with a cosy seating area, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a radio with a CD player.
The kitchenette is well-equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms:
one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a loft bed (also suitable for adults). In addition, a fold-out stool is available as an extra bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and sink; the toilet is separate.
