The villa is a newly built holiday home in Kastelir, located approximately 12 km from Porec and 8 km from the sea. Nearby you will find a shop, a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ATM and other amenities. The house stands on a 950 m² fenced plot with a landscaped lawn and olive trees. Built in 2023, the house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area. Outside, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a separate toilet, a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and two parking spaces. The new holiday home for 6–7 people has 160 m² of living space on two fully air-conditioned floors and is furnished with modern furniture. On the ground floor is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with access to the covered terrace and garden. There is also a double bedroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with twin beds and its own shower/WC. Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with a beautiful panoramic sea view and a bathroom with shower/WC.
Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside, as the beach is only a 15-minute drive away. Youth groups are not permitted.
