The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and its own TV. The bright living-dining room is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table and offers direct access to the balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The modern bathroom features a shower stall, toilet, and towel dryer.
The apartment is non-smoking; Wi-Fi is not available, and pets are not allowed. An lift serves every floor, and lockable bicycle storage rooms are available in the holiday park. The beach is about 300 m away, and a free car park is located behind the holiday park.

Due to a technical inspection of the facade currently underway, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice.
