The large, covered, and wind-protected balconies—the east and south balconies—offer a fantastic view of St. Barbara Parish Church and the Söllereck with its summer toboggan run.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV (cable). Enjoying breakfast on the east-facing balcony (right off the bedroom) in the morning sun is the perfect way to start the day.

LIVING AND DINING AREA (To be modernised starting in November 2026)
The living and dining area is furnished in a cosy country house style and features
- a dining nook
- a living area with a couch and two armchairs
- a flat-screen TV (cable)
- access to a south-facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the Söllereck

BATHROOM
The naturally lit bathroom features a sink with a vanity, a shower, and a separate (lockable) toilet.

KITCHEN (NEW as of Nov. 2026)
The kitchen is equipped with:
- standard dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc.
- a new induction cooktop (4 burners) -> Starting in Nov. 2026: 2 burners
- a new Bosch microwave (7 programmes total)
- a refrigerator with a freezer compartment,
- a dishwasher
- Additional amenities: cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, milk frother, etc.

Starting in November 2026, the kitchen will be completely renovated. It will then be fully equipped with Bosch built-in appliances, as well as a Bosch range hood and induction cooktop.

BALCONIES
The balconies are furnished.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
The apartment includes a garage for one car and bicycles. Your skis are also safe there at all times.

...Hiking and Biking

The Breitachklamm Gorge, just a 5-minute drive away, offers a unique experience.
For hiking and biking enthusiasts, the Rohrmoos Valley and the Lochbach Valley are well worth a visit.

...Winter Sports:

Winter sports enthusiasts will find numerous activities in the nearby ski areas such as Söllereck, Nebelhorn, Ofterschwang, etc.

...Transport

With the Mobil Allgäu Walser Guest Pass, guests enjoy free travel by bus and train in the Oberallgäu region. The bus stop is just 100 metres from the apartment.

...Restaurants

If you enjoy dining out, you won’t be disappointed here. The Alpenrose restaurant is within walking distance, and the Alpe Dornach at 1,000 metres (a 5-minute drive) comes highly recommended.

Our apartment is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The key is available in a key safe with an electronic combination lock. The code will be sent via email shortly before your arrival.
