Villa SA VARDIA is located in an exclusive setting on the basalt cliffs of Orosei, Sardinia. It offers direct access to the sea and is situated on a paved road in Sos Alinos (Sas Linnas Siccas). Nearby are three sandy coves and the BAR DA BOE, which serves simple dishes for lunch and dinner. A car is required for shopping.

The house was built in the 1980s and can accommodate up to six people. The living area, featuring an open kitchen and a built-in sofa, has a rounded shape reminiscent of the Costa Smeralda. The maritime-themed interior creates a relaxed atmosphere. The large master bedroom features a double bed, a built-in closet, a private bathroom, and direct access to the garden with a sea view. The second bedroom has a French double bed but no closet. The third bedroom is narrow and has two single beds as well as a closet. This room also opens directly onto the garden. A second bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway.

The villa is ideal for lovers of sunrises and the sounds of the sea, as well as for larger families. Its location on the basalt shore, its interesting architecture, and its maritime-themed interior are just a few of its highlights. However, please note that the basalt shore is slippery and therefore not suitable for small children. The villa has an air conditioning and heating system with one unit in the living room and another in the hallway. Firewood for the fireplace is not included in the price. Parking is available directly on the property in front of the house.

Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kämen wieder.

Bei Abreise muss der Schlüssel zur Argentur gebracht werden. Ist umständlich und 1 Extraweg. Besonders bei Reise mit der Bahn. Ab 8.00 durch Handwerker gegenüber laut,Wespennest Nähe Fenster vom Scjhlafzimmerer (wurde in der Nacht gestochen) daher kein sehr gut. Sonst zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, gemütlich, Küche sehr gut sortiert, 2 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbett. Es war 1 schöner Urlaub.
