This lovingly renovated holiday rental is located on the ground floor of an extremely charming house with only two units. The ground floor houses a physiotherapy practice, so the entire outdoor area—including a large, mature garden with a terrace, awning, sun loungers, beach chair, and gas grill—is available exclusively to guests of the holiday rental. In addition, a beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May through mid-September) is provided for free use on the beach.
The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200) and a TV, a bright shower room with plenty of natural light, and a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200), a TV,[nbsp] a Bluetooth system, and Wi-Fi. The entire interior is high-quality and creates a wonderful beach atmosphere. The separate, new kitchen with a dining area for 2–4 people is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
A designated outdoor parking space is available. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the garage; outlets for charging e-bikes are available.
