The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This dream property is situated in the heart of the picturesque Old Town, just a few metres from Wismar’s market square with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, or from Wismar’s harbour. With approximately 55 square metres of space, it is generously sized and comfortably accommodates up to 2–4 people. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, and stylish.

Parking in Wismar
The holiday rental does not have its own parking space. You may unload your luggage at the holiday rental (Neustadt).
Afterwards, please use the car parks at: Weidendamm or Schiffbauerdamm.

You’ll find various shopping options (Netto, Edeka supermarket, or a convenience store open daily), cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
The bike rental shop is located about 600 metres away. Here you can rent bicycles or e-bikes for the duration of your stay.
