The one-room holiday apartment on the ground floor offers a cosy home for your Baltic Sea holiday in a space of approximately 40 m².
The open-concept living, sleeping, and dining area creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere. A small kitchen with a dining area is seamlessly integrated. The modern furnishings in coordinating colours create a pleasant holiday atmosphere.
The living area features a flat-screen TV and a comfortable couch that can be used as a sleeping area for a child if needed.
The separate sleeping area features a large double bed, which is visually separated from the living area by a curtain, providing additional privacy. A closet and a mirror are also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
A special highlight is the large, furnished south-facing terrace with a beautiful view of the greenery—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Bicycles

There are two shared, lockable storage sheds on the property (with electrical sockets, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes can be [&] and more can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pickup and drop-off service to and from your holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The visitor’s tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor cards are sent digitally.
