HISTORY: I was born in Toulouse, and it was in this city that I spent most of my childhood. I discovered country life through the farm, the animals, the little houses in the woods, and my grandmother would bring us to try this with my cousins.

I inherited a piece of property in 1999 that I completely renovated.

This is an opportunity to experience the place of my childhood, which is easily accessible from Toulouse.
I also found family from time to time.
This is one of the few places where time stands still and I love nature and tranquility.

The house is conveniently located at a height and is very bright, offering opportunities for relaxation, views and changing colours like a day in the Pyrenees.
Children can roam around the house safely while you sunbathe on the terrace.

The cottage offers true comfort both externally and internally.

SA & surrounding area: Monlaur-Bernet is a village in Gers near the Hautes-Pyrénées, at the highest point of the Gers. These two towns were separate until 1822, when they merged.

Bernet, where the house is located, next to the Bernet Castle, offers panoramic views of the Pyrenees, especially impressive, towards the ocean.

La Chapelle St Roch is located in Monlaur, you can see the Cathedral of Auch in a unit of time dégagé. Le Gers draws valleys separated by hills with low altitudes.

If you enjoy old stone buildings and typical villages, you can spend a day exploring the heritage site. Enjoy breakfast with magnificent melodies and many water sports, and finally, a gourmet dinner.
