This holiday rental offers a prime location—both central and right next to the beach. Just 50 metres away, you’ll find the town centre with its many cosy cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping options, and the kilometer-long sandy beach.
Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices are also within easy walking distance.
This holiday apartment in Timmendorfer Strand offers an ideal base for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. A car isn’t absolutely necessary, as everything is within easy walking distance.

That’s why we’re delighted to offer you the Timmendorfer Strand 1-room apartment “Kajüte #64,” a holiday home for one person that, with its 14 square metres, offers everything you need to enjoy a long weekend to your heart’s content here on the Baltic Sea coast.

In the open-concept living and sleeping area, you’ll find a cosy sofa set that’s perfect for relaxing during the day and watching TV via MagentaTV. You’ll also find a shelf for storing small items, as well as a small refrigerator and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

At night, you can move the small living room table aside and pull out the couch to create a sleeping surface measuring 120 x 200 cm.
The height of the sleeper sofa is then 30 cm. A pleated blind is provided to block out the light.

In the adjoining bathroom, you can wash away the stress of the day in the walk-in shower.
A toilet and a towel radiator are also provided. Please note that there is no door to the bathroom.
Special Features
An outdoor parking space is available for your use during your stay. You can park your bicycles in the shared bike racks next to the building (space not guaranteed).
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi access. There is no lift in the building.
This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
A basic supply of two rolls of toilet paper is provided for your stay.
