Welcome to our holiday rental “Strandhus Bootsmann” at Strandallee 53, Timmendorfer Strand. Are you looking forward to a getaway right by the beach? Then this spacious Timmendorfer Strand holiday rental is just the right destination for you.
Location
The “Strandhus Bootsmann” awaits you in this beautiful complex right on the beach. With the Baltic Sea right on your doorstep and just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre, restaurants, cafés, and shopping are just a stone’s throw away. Pharmacies, doctors’ offices, and banks are also within walking distance.
Amenities
You’ll enter the spacious 96-square-meter apartment on the ground floor. There, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living and dining area in the apartment, which is furnished to accommodate up to 6 people. Thanks to the high ceilings, you can enjoy your time in the light-filled living area. From here, you can also access the sunny balcony with a magnificent ocean view.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything a foodie could want—a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle are all at your disposal.
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as a shower room on this level.
A staircase in the living area leads to the third bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another shower room. All bedrooms have an additional TV and exterior roller shutters.
Special Features
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi—not included in the lease agreement. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, which is accessible from outside.
An outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the house—a second one is available upon request. The Strandhus features a beautiful communal garden, located directly on the Baltic Sea, with access to the promenade and the beach. Seating, a beach chair, and a grill are available here.
A high chair and a travel cot are included in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment; dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets.
