The beachfront residence is located directly on the beach promenade in Timmendorfer Strand, heading towards the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz. The immediate proximity to the beach is a particular highlight of this apartment building. The beautiful sandy beach is only about 50 metres away. The town centre of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many charming cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away. The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away. The Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is about 700 metres away.

The bedroom in this holiday rental is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. Special Features
