Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking in the garage and in the driveway. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

The Villages at Mauna Lani is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful house and neighborhood. My only suggestion is that the carpet should be cleaned, especially the entry stairs. Access to the Mauna Lani beach club was a terrific amenity, and the availability of chairs, umbrella, and even sand toys exceeded our expectations. So glad to have the washing machine and well equipped kitchen. I would return happily for another wonderful family vacation.

Great spot for family

Convenient to everything in Mauna Lani, especially the Beach Club. The house is very comfortable & clean. Fits all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids), and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the views on the lanai.

Great family vacation

Have stayed in this community before and it’s always a nice convenient place for the surrounding area. Kids loved the pool and gym. Property well equipped w beach stuff. Only criticism was grill wasn’t cleaned well and got very smoky and the toaster didn’t work well. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location

Our group of 6 adults had plenty of room to spread out in this 3 bedroom space. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of beach equipment. Carpet showing its age and the grill could use a good cleaning, but otherwise everything was clean. We enjoyed using the beach club and fitness center and enjoyed walks and runs around the Mauna Lani area. Only 30 min from the airport so easy to get to after a long day of travel. Highly recommend.

The Perfect place for our Family vacation of a lifetime!

A perfect Hawaiian get away!

The house was perfect! My husband and I traveled with our four teenage daughters and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The downstairs bedrooms each have two queen beds and their own beautiful bathroom. The upstairs suite was calming, quiet, comfortable and luxurious! I slept like a rock! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening snacks. The beach club access was great and allowed us to park and enjoy the beach on every whim. Black sands beach is only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store also close by so it was easy to pick up supplies and settle in for the week. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer!

This unit is nicely appointed, has a slight Summer sunset since it is North Facing. My only complaint was the cable boxes were not working, they needed replacement. These should have been taken care of before we checked in. Hopefully they got replaced.

Love this area !!

We have stayed in these units many times and love the layout. It is very spacious and comfortable. The big bonus is the Beach Club!! The only problem with this unit was that in was not cleaned very well at all upon are arrival. We reported to the property management company and sent pictures of what was not cleaned as requested with no response. Just a little disappointed that my email was never answered. We will return to these lovely units next year!! Would highly recommend this area for your families and friends!!!

FIrst of all I will say that the rental company was very responsive and fixed things quickly, however I was incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of this condo. The carpet is absolutely disgusting with pink stains in various places. We also found up to 10 cockroaches in multiple locations of the unit (downstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom and in the family room area). They did come to spray while we were there once we let management know. The curtains downstairs did not open easily and when we tried the whole pole came down. The tv was challenging to use and everytime we had on normal tv it would switch over to a strange screen where we had to constantly press buttons to put it back on normal tv. Overall, the price we paid for this unit was over the top considering these different issues. I highly recommend getting the carpet cleaned as that would make a big difference for this unit.

Great communication on their part. I received emails and texts which I appreciated. Instructions were clear and questions answered quickly. The home was clean and very functional. It had the cooking supplies that we needed, I enjoyed using the grill. The beach towels were convenient and supplies in the garage were a nice touch. We loved the beach access. We would definitely stay here again.
