This modern, renovated, and newly furnished non-smoking holiday rental for two people is located on the 3rd floor of the popular Panoramahaus right in the centre of Duhnen. The holiday rental is in the front row, right on the beach promenade, and offers a breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea and the international shipping lane from the side. The Duhnen beach promenade and the beach are just a few metres away.
The open-concept living area features a built-in kitchenette, a cosy dining area, a comfortable couch, a stereo system with Bluetooth, a SMART TV, and Wi-Fi. From here, you can also step out onto the east-facing balcony, which features high-quality balcony furniture and a modern beach chair (available starting in spring), where you can enjoy a great view of the North Sea and beach life through the provided telescope.
The open kitchenette features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
An absolute highlight is the sleeping area separated from the living room by movable glass panels that can be adjusted as needed. Here you’ll find a state-of-the-art box-spring bed (180x200 cm) with electrically adjustable sections, as well as another SMART TV with a media library for top-notch entertainment.
The entryway also features a large mirrored cabinet with ample storage space and access to the shower room.
You can conveniently park your car in the building’s underground garage. The entrance height to the underground garage is 2.10 m. From there, you can take the lift directly to the 3rd floor. On the 1st floor, you’ll find the swimming pool with a view of the North Sea, the sauna, the solarium, the relaxation room, and the sun terrace. The building also features a laundry room with a dryer and a bicycle storage room.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in this holiday rental.

We would also like to point out that there are several cafés, restaurants, and pubs on the ground floor of the building.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return the key to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
