House Lexington with Sauna & Hot Tub by the Lake

Detached, single-story holiday home for up to 6 guests, just 30 m from the lake. The property is fully fenced. Inside, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a sleeping loft. Additionally, a separate heated guest house for two with its own WC is located on the property. The main house bathroom features a combined bathtub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker. Heating is provided by a climate heat pump and a pellet stove. A covered terrace belongs to the house. There is also a separate wellness area with a sauna house and a wood-fired hot tub for 6 to 8 people. Two private parking spaces are included free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.

A luxury home away from home!

Pros: De ontvangst door de host was super goed! Erg vriendelijk en zeer goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp voor een korte vraag. Andersom net zo. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en keurig onderhouden. De hottub was heerlijk om in te relaxen en ook super netjes. Voor onze dochter heeft Sara nog leuk speelgoed en vermaak neergelegd. De slaapkamer met hoogslaper vond ze geweldig! De slaapkamers zijn sowieso prettig met voldoende beddengoed mocht je extra nodig zijn. Het is verder heerlijk rustig rondom het huis. Terwijl je op enkele minuten loopafstand een fijn dagje kan relaxen bij het Haddorfer meer. ‘s Avonds is het fijn om onder het afdakje je dag af te sluiten. Deze plek is echt een aanrader!!
