Our vacation home is nestled in the middle of the forest at an elevation of about 1,500 meters, roughly 2 km above the sunny village of Stuls. Accessible via a one-way road, this spacious house is all yours—the perfect retreat for families and groups.

Comfortable living on 2 floors
Sleeping arrangements: Four cozy bedrooms await you on the upper floor. The layout is flexible: choose between two single-bed rooms or the option for a total of three double-bed rooms.
Our vacation home retains the charm of a former snack bar. In the spacious living room, with its rustic atmosphere, you can enjoy the magnificent view. At the bar, you can easily pour your own beer, and in the kitchen—where guests used to be served meals—you can whip up delicious meals.

Summer: Stuls is home to Italy’s highest waterfall. Plus, the adjacent via ferrata offers three different difficulty levels. Nearby: Hiking along the gorge trail, llama trekking, adventure at the high ropes course or on the MountainCart, horseback riding, fishing, and playing tennis.
Winter: Sledding, skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, and ice climbing at a spectacular 25-meter-high ice climbing wall for both pros and beginners.
Culture: The Bunker Museum in the neighboring village of Moos and the Andreas Hofer Museum in St. Leonhard.
In the mountain village of Stuls, 2 km away, you’ll find a grocery store for your daily needs, as well as cozy bars and restaurants. From there, you also have access to the public bus service throughout the Passeier Valley.
