A FLAT OF 45 m2, located Quarter Fighiera 06190 Roquebrune-Cap-Martin southeast oriented. Located 200 meters above sea level it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Cape Martin, the Village of Roquebrune, the Italian Coast. It is located about 1.5 km from the hamlet of Saint-Roman, the town of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (where we find all the shops) and the border of the Principality of Monaco. The town of Roquebrune is about 5 kms and Menton 6 km, 8 km Italian border.
The nearest are those of the Blue Gulf or nozzle where you can walk the paths = 20 minute walk but the slope is important beaches: 200 m. vertical drop. By car it takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic to reach these beaches. Overhanging above the Blue Bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Parking garage. A tiled terrace goes around the apartment.
