Located in Otura, Granada, this spacious 200 m² holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 double rooms, one with 2 single beds, and one single room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker for ground coffee. There is no washing machine, but a laundromat is within walking distance. The living room features a TV, central heating with radiators in all bedrooms, and a fan for extra comfort. For families, you will find a cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with natural grass and plants, as well as a private, uncovered terrace. The private outdoor pool is available from June to October and features a relaxation area with sun loungers, umbrella, and garden furniture. There is also a fully equipped covered outdoor area with a private barbecue, fridges, bar, stools, and sink.



Events, parties, and stag or hen parties are not permitted. The minimum rental age is 29. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



Street parking is available and public transport is easily accessible. A 15-minute walk away, you will find a tennis court where you can dine and play on various courts with prior reservation. The garden has fruit trees such as lemon, orange, quince, and cherry, as well as several plants that you are asked to care for.



The house is located in a quiet residential area of detached villas, well connected to Granada city centre by road. You are just 15 minutes by car from the centre, 45 minutes from Sierra Nevada, and 35-40 minutes from the beach.
