Perfect, above expectations

This was the perfect place for my family. We enjoyed the indoor pool, gym and movie room. We cooked and had plenty of space to relax.

Clean suite and friendly staff

The check-in process was easy and there were adequate staff members available for check-ins. Suite was clean and appliances worked. There was a rotten egg smell when dishwasher was run. My only complaint is that our wireless internet only worked at the guest services area (where you can get coffee and lunch, etc.) or at the pool. It would not work in our room. We called in our issue as soon as we arrived. Our call was transferred to an outside tech service. We spoke to several technicians who all spoke broken English. We were told they would contact us when they had our issue resolved. They contacted us once, but it wasn't fixed (they had misunderstood and thought we were staying at "the fountains" instead of "the meadows". They said they would contact us again and that did not happen. We never did get internet in our room for our 3 night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator broke the night before we checked out. The next morning it was still out of service. A staff member noticed we had a lot of bags to carry down 4 flights of stairs and he immediately apologized for the elevator and asked if we needed help. Overall, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to a friend.

Overall this property is very nice. Well appointed and everything was functional. We had a couple of small housekeeping issues, but the property management was on top of it and took care of things quickly. Access to property amenities was very limited due to COVID, which was disappointing, but understandable given how busy things were over the holiday weekend.

Fantastic place, very nicely accommodated. We actually tried to get a condo with two rooms, but they did not have an opening, so they gave us two connected condos instead. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very spacious, we had everything we needed. The staff was very courteous. The only down parts were that we were on the ground floor and we could hear people above us walking at night. Quiet hours are a little late, being at 11 PM. We called the front desk eventually and they called the people above us, who fortunately we could tell made efforts not to walk around so heavy footed and it was fine. The other issue was that parking near our condo is highly dependent upon what time you were getting back to the condo. If you got there during peak hours, you could anticipate having to park at least a building or two away from your condo.

Our first Branson vacation

The place was exactly as described. Very easy to get to also at the same time away from the busy main strip. Very clean and comfortable. The pillows were the best. Everything was in good working order. The nightstand clocks had bluetooth and usb charging port, fantastic. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. Our family had a wonderful time at Branson At The Medows. They far exceeded our expectations! This place is beautiful, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud, the jacuzzi tub was awesome, and the staff was very accommodating. This place is five star all the way. We can't wait to return.

Girls Getaway

We had an awesome time at your condo. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the coffee and filters furnished. The resort is beautiful and the grounds were so pretty. We would love to come back sometime.
