Welcome to the Kollmer Holiday Home. It’s situated in a beautiful location with a stunning panoramic view of the Bavarian Forest mountains—Kaitersberg, Haidstein, Hoher Bogen, Osser, and all the way to the Großer Arber. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation. The centre of Bad Kötzting is only about 1 km away and can be reached on foot at any time. The quiet location surrounded by nature makes the house the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions—and at the same time, a place of relaxation. Outside, a special treat awaits guests of all ages: a private campfire area—ideal for cosy evenings under the open sky. Whether you’re roasting bread on a stick, grilling, or simply sitting by the fire and enjoying the starry sky, there’s also a small playground where our youngest guests can play and run around. Our spacious holiday home, with 120 m² of living space, is the ideal retreat for families or small groups of up to 9 people who want to enjoy peace and quiet and a magnificent view. The accommodation offers plenty of space to relax and spend time together—perfect for a restful holiday. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for self-catering. The large dining area offers ample space for shared meals in a convivial atmosphere. Four separate bedrooms with a total of nine comfortable beds ensure privacy and a restful night’s sleep. Two fully equipped bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as an additional toilet, allow for a relaxed daily routine without waiting. The deposit is 100% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: Children ages 6–15: 1.50 EUR/day; ages 16 and older: 2.50 EUR/day. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 8 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
