Vacation apartment (86 sqm) with balcony in the countryside

Welcome to the “Grüne Oase” holiday rental. Our accommodation is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday and is perfect for both short getaways and longer stays. A cosy and stylishly furnished holiday rental for couples, families, or friends. You’ll have the entire apartment, including the balcony, all to yourselves. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a few steps. It was lovingly and completely renovated in 2025 and transformed into a cosy oasis. From the hallway, you’ll find two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (190 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm, respectively), the living room with a pull-out sofa (140 x 200 cm), a dining and play area, and a flat-screen TV. The new, fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, an oven with an air-fry function, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher (all appliances by Siemens), a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster (Bosch brand), and an egg cooker. The wheelchair-accessible bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washing machine (Bosch). A separate toilet is also available. Seating in the garden and a grill can be used by arrangement. Bicycles or ski equipment can be stored free of charge in a lockable garage. Please treat the furnishings and energy resources with care. Our apartment is a quiet retreat and is not suitable for parties. The town of Bischofsheim charges a visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR per person per night, which is collected separately upon arrival. In exchange, you’ll receive a guest card offering various discounts. The house is located about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. Parking is available in the courtyard. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful stay while still being able to easily reach all shopping options on foot. The holiday rental is equipped with everything you need for your holiday or daily life. The deposit is 30% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: 1.00 EUR per person per night, charged separately upon arrival. Please call approximately 2 hours before your arrival to let us know your estimated arrival time. Pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
