It’s located on the ground floor of a well-maintained two-family home in a very quiet residential area consisting exclusively of single-family homes—ideal for anyone seeking rest and tranquility.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a new, high-quality box-spring bed. Here you’ll enjoy the best sleep possible and start your day feeling well-rested.

The bright living room invites you to linger. In addition to a cosy sofa bed, there’s a dining area where you can eat together, play games, or plan your day. A TV and free Wi-Fi are, of course, provided and can be used at any time.

The bathroom has been completely redesigned and features modern amenities. It features a new shower, a new toilet, and a new sink—all stylishly and contemporarily designed.

The kitchen is also new and fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and oven, a microwave, as well as a kettle and a coffee maker. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals.
