Scandinavian living in a 79m² vacation home for 8 people with dog and WiFi

A comfortable and spacious 79-square-meter holiday home with a Scandinavian flair, located near the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode. With its three bedrooms, the house is ideal for 6–8 people. Two dogs are also allowed. The holiday home is very spacious, bright, and welcoming, and the large windows create a pleasant living atmosphere. With three bedrooms next to each other and the alcove, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and the alcove—a favourite among children and teenagers—is equipped with another double bed. A cot and a high chair are provided.

An open-concept living and kitchen area creates a spacious feel; the cosy sofa invites you to relax, and you can enjoy your home-cooked culinary delights at the large dining table.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The house has two bathrooms with underfloor heating. The larger bathroom provides access to a private sauna, ensuring your comfort and well-being. A washing machine with a dryer function is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every holiday home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space—with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m²—for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend.
