This high-end, 55 m² holiday rental, spread over two levels, accommodates 1 to 4 people plus a baby or toddler. The open-concept living and dining area features a cosy L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, a hi-fi system, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and other practical kitchen appliances. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. Two bedrooms provide the ideal setting for families and couples. The bedroom on the ground floor features a comfortable double bed, a large closet, and a safe. On the upper floor, children will find a lovingly designed retreat with two single beds, a play area, and its own air conditioning. The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a spacious, floor-level glass shower, a heated towel rack, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. A special highlight is the large rooftop terrace right on the edge of the forest. Enjoy relaxing moments on the lounge sofa, shared meals at the seating area for four, or cosy barbecue evenings with the electric tabletop grill. Stunning sunsets round out the holiday experience. The accommodation also stands out for its sustainable and modern building systems, including a photovoltaic system, residential ventilation, underfloor heating, electric blinds, and a resource-efficient energy concept. Families benefit from a comprehensive selection of baby and toddler equipment, including a cot, changing table, high chair, toys, a child bike seat, and a Bobby Car. The apartment is equipped to be allergy-friendly. Pets and indoor smoking are not permitted. Free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s, a private carport parking space, and access to the outdoor pool and wellness area ensure additional comfort and an all-around enjoyable stay. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Use of the baby cot is only permitted in the bedroom on the lower level. It is not possible on the upper level! If the upper level is booked, a safety gate must be installed at the top of the stairs in advance for children up to 4 years of age. Please specify the ages of the children at least 10 days before arrival. A high chair, bath-and-changing station, and bike seat are available free of charge upon request.
