Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Baltischen Hof (Wohnung 35) verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was für ein Frühstück oder zum Zubereiten kleiner Mahlzeiten benötigt. Die ruhige Lage, der Blick vom Balkon in den Garten des Innenhof läßt ein den Altagstress vergessen. Mit dem Aufzug kann man den eigenen PKW Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr gut erreichen. Zum Baltischen Hof gehört auch eine Sauna- und Ruhelandschaft, die jedem Gast zugängig ist. Das Restaurant Wenzel, dass sich im Baltischen Hof befindet ist sehr von Vorteil. Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Dünenpromenade ist einfach super wir würden die Wohnung 35 immer wieder mieten und sind auch nicht da letzte Mal dort gewesen

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Fahrstühle sind sehr hilfreich beim Gepäck. Die Preise in der Hauptsaison empfanden wir trotz der guten Lage, der Tiefgarage und des Fahrradkellers etwas hoch.

Diese gepflegte Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre hervorragende Lage und bietet alles, was man sich für komfortables Wohnen wünscht. Nur wenige Gehminuten über eine Straße vom Strand entfernt, hatten wir eine perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und Strandspaziergängen über eine gut ausgebaute Promenade oder auch direkt im Sand! Die Umgebung zeichnet sich durch eine ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur aus: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus 240…)befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind bequem erreichbar. Somit sind Fahrten zum Hafen von Boltenhagen und auch nach Wismar stressfrei möglich. Die Wohnung selbst bietet eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre mit gut geschnittenen Räumen und viel Tageslicht. Ideal geeignet für Paare. Unsere Erwartungen wurden schlichtweg übertroffen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
