Vacation apartment Juchee

Our newly renovated holiday apartment, “Juchee,” is located in the beautiful town of Übersee in the Chiemgau region, in a quiet area not far from the shores of Lake Chiemsee. The apartment features its own garden, a terrace, and a small balcony.
On the ground floor, you’ll find an entryway, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, and a bright, inviting dining area.
On the second floor, a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa and a desk area invites you to relax. Adjacent to it is a cheerfully furnished bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a built-in closet, as well as a spacious bathroom.
Arrive and feel right at home in the lovingly designed, light-filled kitchen-diner with a coat closet area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.
A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a hob, and an oven are also provided.
The stairs lead up to the spacious, cosy living area with a sleeper sofa on the loft; there is also a desk nook here with a view of the dining area.
The large double bed and the dressing area with ample storage space are partially separated from the living room.
The bathroom features a spacious shower, a solid wood vanity, and a stone sink.
A hair dryer and small storage items are provided.
Towels and bed linens are included.
For stays of several weeks, these will be laundered by the host.
In beautiful Chiemgau, between the Alps and the wonderful Lake Chiemsee, we have our enchanting “Juchee” in Übersee, located in a quiet area.
Just a 5-minute bike ride from the shores of Lake Chiemsee, where you’ll find restaurants, a beach bar, a public swimming area, boat rentals, SUP and kayak rentals, and a climbing garden. The sunsets are legendary and are often accompanied by live music.
A steamboat also departs from our harbour to the islands of Lake Chiemsee, home to famous landmarks such as Herrenchiemsee Castle.
Our mountains are also nearby and offer fun in both summer and winter. Whether it’s hiking, downhill or mountain biking, sledding, snowboarding, or skiing, everything is close by. Day trips to Salzburg or Munich are also easy thanks to the train station, which is within walking distance. Or enjoy a day of wellness at the nearby thermal spas, such as Bad Reichenhall or the Wellnessgarten Waging.
