Key pickup:

Cleanliness:

All trash must be disposed of in the trash bags we provide. We appreciate it if you recycle glass and tins. Additional cleaning fees may apply for apartments that are heavily soiled.

No parties or events:

Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Please do not move any furniture or large items within the apartment.

Always close and lock the doors and windows when you leave the apartment.
