For shared use: garden (fenced) flowers and trees. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, depth 80 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). Hot tub. In the house: air conditioning. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Chiantigiana" 100 m. Nearby attractions: Siena 20 km, Greve in Chianti 15 km, Radda in Chianti 10 km, Gaiole in Chianti 15 km, Firenze 65 km. Please note: baby equipment (included). Groups of teenagers on request only. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
