"Studio L'Erdre au Moulin" with Private Terrace, Shared Garden, and Wi-Fi

Located in Joué-sur-Erdre, Loire-Atlantique, this spacious and peaceful 25 m² studio welcomes up to 2 guests. You have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating, step-free access, and an interior without stairs. A baby bed, high chair, shared toys and books for children are available. A private barbecue is provided for your outdoor meals. Breakfast is optional for an extra fee.



Enjoy your private uncovered east-facing terrace and your private covered west-facing terrace, both giving access to your own outdoor space. The studio is set in a shared one-hectare wooded garden crossed by the Erdre river, perfect for relaxing.



You have access to two shared parking spaces on site and a bike storage room. The accommodation is certified "Accueil Vélo." Events are not permitted, and you are responsible for your safety when accessing the river.



The hosts live on site but not in the reserved accommodation. The studio is 1 km from the village (shops, restaurants, La Régalante cycle path, tennis court), 6 km from Lake Vioreau (sailing, fishing), 10 km from the Nantes-Brest canal, and 35 km from Nantes (museums, cinemas).
