On the upper floor of the "Oase am See" holiday home, you'll find a spacious (50-square-meter) holiday apartment with a large sunny balcony that invites you to read and relax.
The cosy furnishings offer everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the heart of East Frisia.

In addition to the double bed (1.80 x 2 m) in the light-filled bedroom, the sofa in the living room folds out (to 1.40 x 2 m). A travel cot is also available (upon request).
The living room features a cosy sitting area that invites you to relax, read, and spend time together with your family.
In addition to a TV, the living room is equipped with books, games, and a dining table (Wi-Fi included).
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for daily use.
There is a washing machine available in the bathroom.
On the balcony, you can wind down the day in peace as the sun sets (we ask our guests to smoke exclusively on the balcony) and make plans for the next day of your holiday.
Two bicycles and a caravan for two children are available for free use. They may not be the prettiest anymore, but they’re fully functional.
A parking space at the house rounds out the holiday package.

Laundry service can be booked as an optional extra (12 euros per person).

The visitor’s tax is 2.10 euros per person per night for guests 18 and older from March 15 to October 31 (can be paid at the accommodation)
