Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist ganz in schwa..

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist ganz in schwarz/weiss gehalten. Das Badezimmer ist ein Traum. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist auch sehr komfortabel. Es fehlt an nichts. Aber sie ist auch sehr laut durch das viele Kopfsteinpflaster und dadurch, dass sie im Parterre unmittelbar an der Straße liegt. Sie ist etwas für Frühaufsteher, da ab 7.00 Uhr der berufliche Verkehr daran vorbei führt. Wenn die gepflanzte Hecke in ein paar Jahren höher und dichter ist, sitzt man auf der Terrasse dann nicht mehr so auf dem Präsentierteller. Alles was schick aussieht ist nicht unbedingt praktisch und bequem.
