The combination of new design keeping the old tradition of the house. We (2 moms with two kids each) in this massive apartment durning January and it was one of the coziest winter wonderland feelings with a perfect view. From the owners we got insider tips where to go for the best ice skating experience on a frozen lake nearby (where you find locals only) and what hill to pull our sleds to. Home way from home. We will definately come again.
