Spanning 44 m², the house features a total of 3 rooms—including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom—and can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for couples, families, or a short getaway with friends. Children are welcome, and the entire house is a smoke-free property. Inside, the open-concept kitchen connects the living and dining areas to create a cosy central space: There’s a dining table, a sofa area, and everything you need for cooking and dining—a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and tea towels. For relaxing evenings, there’s a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. A gas fireplace adds to the cosy atmosphere, while air conditioning and heating ensure the Floatinghouse is comfortable year-round. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hot water, and a window for natural light and fresh air. Outside, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades invite you to relax; an electric grill is available for hassle-free barbecuing.
