Gut. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage und eröffnet deshalb viele Möglichkeiten. Leichte Mängel bei der Ausstattung, die aber insgesamt kaum ins Gewicht fallen: Duschtür defekt, Steckdose im Schlafzimmer defekt ( deshalb nicht kindersicher! Bitte dringend reparieren), Sonnenschirm auf Balkon defekt.
