Holiday Home 'la forge faverolles'

150 m² house on three levels, fully renovated with respect for tradition, where every detail tells a story. Attractive outdoor space.



Ground floor: spacious living area, fully equipped open kitchen, dining/living room, TV. A double-sided wood stove separates the entrance room, furnished with a convertible sofa (140x190), from the main living area. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Utility room with washing machine and boiler for underfloor heating. The ground floor is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility.



First floor: 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, separate WC. Second floor: converted attic with 2 beds (90x200) and 1 bed (120x190).



Located at the foot of the Margeride, near Aubrac, enjoy a natural setting ideal for hiking or cycling in unspoiled countryside. The rural village offers a small grocery store, a restaurant-hotel, farmers, and artisans. Easy access: 8-10 km from the A75 (exits 30 and 31 - Garabit Viaduct).



During your stay, visit Saint-Flour, Chaudes-Aigues (Europe’s hottest spring), the Garabit Viaduct (140 years in 2024), Grandval dam, Alleuze castle, and more. The region is rich in heritage, culture, and gastronomy for everyone to discover. Autumn is perfect for mushroom picking and listening to the deer rut. Each season brings new surprises.
