Here, you’re renting a TOP-NOTCH property with top-of-the-line amenities. The entire property is in pristine condition. 70 square metres of the floor are covered with strip parquet. Two of the bedrooms feature brand-name upholstered beds (RUF beds) in leather—the kind you’d usually only find in your own home. Why should you sleep any worse on holiday or during a workation than you do at home?

You can conveniently charge your electric or hybrid car right at the holiday home’s own wallbox. Charging costs will be billed afterwards—prices available upon request. The accommodation features high-speed internet (300 Mbit).

Do you enjoy cooking? The kitchen is top-of-the-line, featuring a solid-wood, country-style brand-name kitchen and a fully automatic coffee machine, and offers plenty of space for preparing culinary feasts. The dining room features a large table that seats 8.

The house is also ideal for grandparents with children and grandchildren, as it features a beautifully furnished bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The 23-square-meter studio on the upper floor offers a superb view of the lovely garden—from the panoramic window, you can enjoy the view of the greenery right from your bed. Also located on the upper floor are the children’s room with a 1.40-meter-wide bed, the office with a sleeper sofa, and another full bathroom.
The office on the upper floor is fully furnished with a 23-inch monitor and a desk—it’s perfectly equipped for a “workation,” including HD video conferencing thanks to high-speed internet. Would you like to rent the house to a company as a seminar venue?—just ask—we’ll find a solution.

The living room on the ground floor features a modern, “curved” TV with a Bose soundbar and streaming services that you can use with your own account.

The basement features a sauna and a spa area with a shower and recliners.

When you rent the house, you’ll find drinks, spices, etc.—you’re welcome to use everything and simply restock as needed by the end of your stay. This sets us apart from nearly all other holiday homes and ensures that you’ll feel right at home immediately.

The FRIESENHERZ holiday home is centrally located in Krummhörn, and the sea is about 6.5 km away. All shops for daily necessities are just a few minutes’ walk away. You won’t need a car for shopping here, thanks to the short distances to the bakery and various supermarkets. The beautiful seaport city of Emden and the popular tourist town of Greetsiel, with its picturesque harbour, are each 10 km away.

The nearest natural beach is located in Knock, 14 km away by bike. Germany’s tallest lighthouse is in Campen, 10 km away; the landmark of Krummhörn, the lighthouse in Pilsum also known as the Ottoturm, is 8 km away. Ferries to the East Frisian islands depart from Emden (for Borkum), and ferries to Norderney and Juist depart from the Norddeich pier (27 km).
