The house is located in a quiet and idyllic setting, a short distance from the town centre with a view of the Bodden, and can accommodate 6 people and 1 baby. You’re welcome to bring your family dog along. Thanks to its simple layout, the house has a very peaceful atmosphere and was custom-designed and built entirely using modern timber construction methods. The extra-large windows let plenty of light into the house, and in contrast to the black-painted exterior, the interior is painted in light colours, with everything set up to ensure a personalised holiday for you. This house is filled with love, a touch of art, and everything you need for great cooking, comfortable living, and quality time together during your holiday.

The house has an open kitchen in the basement with a dining area and a large dining table. A small sofa also invites you to relax.

Through the 4-meter-long patio window, you step out onto the 16-square-meter wooden deck. During the warmer months, lounge furniture and a garden table with chairs are available for your use. Next to it is a small lawn with lounge chairs. A parasol is available for use when the sun is strong.

Two bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms (the beds can be pushed together to form a double bed) has been furnished with children in mind. Building blocks, books, board games, and a TV are available. The other bedroom also has a TV.

Upstairs is the open-concept living area with custom-made sofa units and a large window overlooking the Bodden. Here you’ll find the Finnish sauna with a separate shower. Afterwards, a large fireplace invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together or some quiet time. From the loft or the open living area, you can access the third and smallest bedroom. This room can be darkened.

The bedrooms are equipped with insect screens.

The property is completely fenced in.
