Your holiday begins here in a modern, lovingly furnished house for up to 5 people, where comfort and well-being come first.

As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by the inviting entryway, featuring a modern chest of drawers and a coat rack, providing plenty of space for your arrival and those first moments of your holiday.

From the hallway, the heart of the home opens up: the spacious, stylishly furnished living room. Large windows flood the room with warm natural light and bring the sun into the house first thing in the morning.

You can spend relaxing evenings on the high-quality sofa set—whether watching a good film, reading an exciting book, or simply gazing out at the green garden.

The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals, long conversations, or fun game nights.

From here, you have direct access to the patio, which—with its garden and seating areas—is the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, and take a deep breath.

The ground floor also features a bright, inviting guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.

A beautiful stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the bedrooms and the spacious bathroom.

The first bedroom features a cosy 180x200 cm wooden bed (with a full-length mattress) and warm natural tones that create a particularly cosy atmosphere. A wardrobe provides ample storage space, and the room opens directly onto the balcony—a wonderful spot to enjoy the evening sun.

The second bedroom features a 120x200 cm wooden bed, as well as a chest of drawers and practical storage options. A large skylight offers a view of the greenery and lets plenty of light and tranquility into the room.

The bright bathroom on the upper floor features modern tiling and is equipped with a large, illuminated mirror. Thanks to the natural light, it feels warm and inviting. A washing machine provides additional convenience during your stay.

In the attic, you’ll find another cosy bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children or additional guests. Here, too, you’ll find plenty of practical storage space.

Wi-Fi is a free extra and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
